Products are handcrafted with fresh ingredients. Images are illustrative and handmade finishes may vary. Personalised orders require prior confirmation and preparation times depend on the product.
2. Payments
Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. Accepted methods are cash, bank transfer and Bizum. Larger orders may require a deposit.
3. Delivery and collection
Delivery times are coordinated with the customer. Perishable products must be collected on the agreed date. Delivery charges depend on the order and destination.
4. Cancellations and returns
Because products are food items, personalised or perishable, returns are not accepted after preparation or delivery unless there is an attributable error or a demonstrable issue with the received product. Please request cancellations as early as possible.
